Island Nog

Enjoy the holiday season like they do in the islands with this Island Nog recipe that is sure to impress you and your guests.


  • 4 Ounces Cruzan Dark Rum (or the dark rum of your choice)
  • 2 Ounces Ruby Port
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 4 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Pint Whole Milk
  • Ground Cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender on medium power for 1 minute
  2. Bottle and Refrigerate until cold
  3. Pour in a glass and garnish with cinnamon
